Glastron GS 259 - twin cabin Sport Cruiser. Glastron’s intent was to deliver a balance of  more performance and more comfort than expected. This is everything that you would want in a cruiser of this size.

Glastron performance comes from Glastron's great hull. It’s quick to plane (with minimal bowrise), stable at high speeds and tracks tight in the turns. The handling of the GS 259 is very predictable and stable with no discernible rattles or bangs. The aforementioned deep-vee certainly contributed to the Glastron 259’s overall gentleness while maintaining excellent lateral stability. Glastron GS 259 planes in 4.7 seconds and up to 30 mph in 10.9 seconds. With Mercruiser engine of 300 HP the boat achieves max. speed of 35 miles per hour and cruising speed at 28 miles per hour. 

Below-deck of Glastron 259 is outstandingly comfortable (salon with full equipped galley, middle cabin, wc/shower) for a vessel of this class (there is 72” of headroom below), which enables nice and pleasant cruises for a four-member family.
